Do you accept returns/exchanges?
At this time, due to the handmade nature of our earrings, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges. If something happens to be wrong or defective with your earrings, don't hesitate to reach out to us via email or DM to discuss options and next steps.
How do I take care of my earrings?
The best way to take care of your earrings is to treat them like your precious babies! Use a damp cloth or a q-tip/cotton ball dipped in rubbing alcohol to get rid of any pesky spots or stains. I know it will be hard to want to stop wearing them but please refrain from sleeping in, showering in, or going to the beach in your earrings!
Are the earrings heavy?
As someone who wears the chunkiest of hoops to the biggest of tassels, wearing these earrings are a breeze! Polymer clay is super lightweight and durable, making these earrings as light as a cloud. For product length, be sure to refer to the individual product's page!

How much is shipping? How long does shipping take?
Regular shipping for all orders is $6. Almost on the site is in stock and ready to ship so expect it to be headed out the door in 1-2 business days. USPS has been constantly overwhelmed so please be patient with them and me. At this time, I do not offer international shipping but hope to do so soon!
Do you offer local pickup?
If you live in the Pensacola, FL area this may be possible! Send me a DM or email me to check. :)
